Gracias to my precious friends, sending me peace & love yesterday! I've learned over the years that emotions get stuck in our bodies (hence some of the cause of dis-ease, pain, etc) & I'm doing a lot of work on myself, on so many levels, to get healthy and a lot of things can come up for me & when I'm stretching etc, I am physically & consciously releasing some of these things & can be very emotional too :-) Angels be with you :-)

thinking about, & sending love to my neighbor (82 yo & had colonoscopy) & an older veteran I met at the VA (he had heart surgery couple months ago, something went wrong on operating table- he was getting scans the other day & went in for a surgery do-over on Thursday - his wife was having a difficult time w it all) Angels be w & God bless them! :-)

Greek Yogurt :-)

Today I am enjoying the Greek yogurt FAGE (proniunced Fa-yeh). It's known as the authentic Greek yogurt that is ridiculously thick and awesomely delicious. I got the peach one & it is such a treat & is supposed to be the best kind of yogurt to eat (Greek) there s another one -Oikos Greek Yogurt is 100% organic yogurt, with 0% fat and both are very low in sugar.

My response to a precious woman in her time of breast reconstruction decision

I had breast cancer 18 years ago & had bilateral mastectomy. right before surgery saw show where woman had saline implants & because of the bodies regular 98.6 degree temp, it had made the saline so toxic, one of the implants could kill 20 people. Needless to say, I did not get the reconstruction & have been so grateful ever since.
