I like roasting marshmallows, over an open fire, burning the outer layer, eating that, then "browning" the inside & enjoying that :-) (when we were kids we'd do it over the eye of the electric stove, on High - disclaimer - I do not recommend this, just sharing a childhood experience ;-)
