Quick & Easy Vegan Jello :-)

To make vegan Jello, w Agar Agar, is SOOOO quick & easy! I go to the health food area at Kroger & get whichever organic juice is on sale; this time it was 32oz of Black Current Nectar by R.W. Knudsen 100% juice, no sugar added - was $1.82.
Put contents into saucepan & and 4 tablespoons of Agar Agar flakes, whisk & bring to a boil.
Let simmer boil for 5-10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile have ready 2 Pyrex pie pans, or any Pyrex pan & add blueberries (1pint each dish).
When juice & agar agar are finished boiling add half to one pie pan & the other half, the other.
Let set until cool & then refrigerate, covered with some saran wrap :-)
(sometimes it's gelled enough to eat before u put it in the fringe)
Awesome treat, anytime of year, but especially summer :-)
I've also made it with apple juice, from same company & instead of blueberries, added a grated carrots (enough to cover bottom of each pan. - really refreshing! Experiment with different pure juices and whatever fruit u enjoy!!! (Thank you Suzi Ambar-Worrell, for teach us so many delectable macro-biotic dishes!!!)
